Our Policies

• Orders may be called in to 800-452-4275 Monday -Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST or Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST
• Orders may be faxed to 407-889-5714 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Orders for hardware only will ship the next working day. Orders with gaskets are guaranteed to ship within 10 working days. Please call for emergency orders. Emergency orders can ship the next day with prior arrangements.

• Gaskets are guaranteed to 1/8" of specified dimensions
• All gaskets are measured outside corner to outside corner unless specified dart to dart
• Gaskets are custom made and, in most cases, cannot be returned.
• We will cut down gaskets made by Total Refigeration Gaskets. Each side of the gasket will lose up to 1/8" from the cutting process.

• We accept COD, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Accounts are available. Ask for a credit application.

• All returns must have a "Returned Material Authorization" number.
• No returns after 60 days from the invoice date.
• No returns on custom made gaskets.
• Special order items depend upon the manufacturer's return policy, which may be "no returns" or involve a "restocking fee".

• Orders are shipped via UPS. If you receive a shipment with damaged or missing items, please call immediately. Keep shipping boxes for possible UPS inspection.
